Ms. Baxley is widely recognized for insights on the future of retail payments. Ms. Baxley was the IBM Partner responsible for Strategy and Change consulting for Financial Services in North America. She has performed strategy work in fourteen countries for eight top global issuers and payment brands, two top payment processors, and with three top bankcard acquirers, advised companies on product direction and competitive positioning, delivering in up to $20M in new revenue or $50M in operating cost savings, including MasterCard, Bank of America, Visa, and American Express. Ms Baxley was well known and sought-after globally as IBM’s top credit card expert and is well versed in both business and technology issues and trends. She regularly speaks with top executives in the world’s largest credit card firms, and led IBM’s credit card strategy in China.

Ms. Baxley led IBM’s 400-person global credit card practice of services, sales, development and research professionals from fifteen countries who continuously collaborated on issues and insights for the credit card industry.
